Thursday, October 2, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate of the University of Siena (Banchi di Sotto, 55, Siena), Professor Andrea Fagiolini (DMMS) will hold a meeting, also open to the public, during which he will offer practical insights and reflections on how to recognize early signs of stress and burnout, how to develop useful tools to strengthen resilience, maintain psychophysical balance, and improve quality of life, both in study and at work.

Monday, October 27, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate of the University of Siena (Banchi di Sotto, 55, Siena), Professor Alessandro Cuomo (DMMS) will hold a meeting on how each generation faces stress, fragility, and resilience in a unique way. The meeting is an opportunity to explore the transformations of psychological needs and response tools, from the analog era to the digital age, and to reflect on how we can contribute to and promote an intergenerational dialogue that enriches the entire academic and social community.

Both meetings are also part of the Soft Skills 2025 program of the University of Siena
