This research is aimed to assess the involvement of the intestinal microbiota in the aging process of the central nervous system by making experiments of fecal microbial transplants from young mice to recipient animals along their entire life-span. Behavioral, biochemical and immunohistochemical tests will be carried out to evaluate if the young microbiota has positive outcomes on the regular aging process.
