Early diagnosis and minimally invasive therapy of endometrial cancer towards a personalized approach

Endometrial cancer is the fifth most common tumor in women and is rapidly increasing as it is linked to Western lifestyle habits. The recent molecular classification has been highlighted by molecular markers (POLE, P53, MMR) which are closely related to the aggressiveness of this pathology, allowing for a personalization of therapy. The goal of our research is to combine recent advances in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy, robotics and hysteroscopy) with biomolecular classification to facilitate early diagnosis and personalized treatment.
