Evaluation of the impact of Mindfulness-Based Protocols (MBP) on physical and mental health in clinical and non-clinical populations

Verify the effectiveness of MBP in reducing distress and improving the state of psychophysical well-being, using psychological parameters and biological markers of stress. Ongoing projects:

(Clinical Area) Applications of MBP in populations with psychological/psychiatric disorders. On patients with a diagnosis of recurrent major depression (Dept. of Mental Health and Pathological Dependencies, Piacenza)
