Minimally invasive surgery had an enormous development in recent decades in the gynecological field thanks to technological development with notable advantages for patients. Nonetheless, some specific complications have not undergone a significant reduction over the years and in particular those relating to the insertion of the first trocar, ureteral and denervation. The objectives of our research are to develop specific devices to reduce the risk related to the insertion of the first trocar and the identification of anatomical structures using dedicated markers such as indocyanine.
